助力中小微企業及女性創業者擴大貸款渠道，尤其聚焦高貧困地區
菲律賓馬尼拉2026年2月12日 /美通社/ — 亞洲開發銀行（Asian Development Bank，簡稱「亞行」）與GCash的貸款部門Fuse Financing Inc.將推出一項3000萬美元的具有裡程碑意義的貸款計劃，刺激菲律賓中小微企業(MSME)的發展，這是東盟金融科技領域首個此類合作。

On February 6, the Asian Development Bank and Fuse Financing Inc., the lending arm of GCash, launched a landmark loan partnership for MSMEs together with Mastercard and DTI and conducted a financial literacy workshop to support their growth.
亞洲開發銀行私營部門業務局局長Isabel Chatterton表示：「這一金融科技合作項目是亞行在東盟地區的首個同類項目，標志著菲律賓普惠金融事業邁出重要一步。」
截至2024年，菲律賓登記在冊的企業達124萬家，其中超過99%為中小微企業。然而，融資渠道匱乏仍是其發展的主要障礙。亞行研究顯示，在中小微企業面臨的挑戰中，信貸和資本獲取難度僅次於市場准入問題。由於缺乏可靠資金支持，部分小企業被迫在12個月內停止運營[1]。
Fuse Financing Inc.總裁兼首席執行官Tony Isidro表示：「這筆投資使我們能夠加速為服務不足地區的女性創業者和小企業提供支持，這些領域對推動國家長期增長具有巨大潛力。」

由萬事達卡包容性增長中心(Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth)管理的Mastercard Impact Fund也提供了資金支持，助力Fuse有效觸達並服務重點中小微企業群體。
逾250家中小微企業代表在塔吉格市舉行的活動現場見證了這一裡程碑式合作。菲律賓貿易與工業部(DTI)提名的10家中小微企業獲得資本支持，以助其推進業務發展。貿易與工業部部長Ma. Cristina Roque表示：「這一合作的意義不僅在於融資規模，更在於其核心目標：確保資金流向那些具備發展潛力卻長期被傳統金融體系忽視的創業者。通過將公共部門優先事項與私營部門創新相結合，此次合作有助於拓寬中小微企業獲得正規、公平、可持續融資的渠道。」
